My vision

My Vision

In 5 years I see myself as an entrepreneur who is (among other things) active in international real estate. 

I have been very interested in real estate for a long time.
This is because I have seen many interesting opportunities (internationally). That's why I'm also delving more and more into this industry.

I have already been collecting a lot of information about opportunities in different countries. I would like to start with buying houses and/or appartments and than rent them.

I think that the most interested countries to focus myself on are Argentina, Colombia and Dubai. 

Argentina and Colombia are interested for me because of the fact that the house prices are relatively low and the rent prices in the touristic areas are very high. Besides that I also speak the Spanish language what is almost a must if you do business in these countries. 

 In Dubai this is a little bit different because the house prices are relatively much higher but I still see opportunities there. The rent prices are also high so you can still earn money its just more investment. A great advantage of Dubai is when you start a business there that you will be able to get residency as well. This will give me a lot of more business advantages and opportunities in Dubai which has one of the world’s fastest growing economies. One of these advantages is that you get the Dubai Investor Visa. A holder of the Dubai Investor Visa becomes a tax domicile of the United Arab Emirates and is not taxable by the country of their nationality.
